Recruiters

To become a recruiter for Westlake Software, Inc. you must:

• Be in business for five or more years and show proof
• Disclose percentage rates up front and in writing
• Disclose buy out rates and in writing
• Send this information to Att. Recruiting, Westlake Software, Inc. PO Box 9075, Calabasas, CA 91302
• Any direct contact via phone to our organization will immediately disqualify your organization for consideration.

Outsourcing Firms

To become an outsourcing firm to Westlake Software, you must:

• Be in business for five or more years and show proof
• Your company website needs to have a Google rank of at least 2. Provide website.
• No contact or solicitation via email or phone will be accepted. All information must be sent in a solicitation mail to Attn. Outsourcing, Westlake Software, Inc. PO Box 9075, Calabasas, CA 91302.
• You must use your real name when contacting us and not a fake name used for United States contact purposes
• You must be the decision maker and be able to offer rates, discuss services and not pass our contact information onto someone else. What is your rate for a senior JAVA developer? What is your rate for a senior Android developer?
• At minimum, 10 applications need to be disclosed from former or existing customers who used you in the past (provide names of the apps in the store).
• 5 US based references are required up front. Name, company, project and phone number.
• Direct contact via phone to our firm will immediately disqualify your organization from any consideration.

If it is determined that any of the above is not followed exactly upon your first contact, your firm will be immediately disregarded.
